403 Server Error on Form Submission

I had an installation of FCKeditor that was working fine, but then the host upgraded their security settings or something and now whenever anyone attempts to submit content that's the least bit complicated, the result is a 403 error from the server. See it in action at http://www.valuedwebsites.com/vp/test.php

If you submit just a plain line of text, it goes through. But if you submit more than one line of text (press enter between each line), a 403 error results.

Anyone have any solutions? The version is 2.6.4.1. Disabling mod_security through htaccess is NOT an option.

Wow, that's magical. I didn't change anything, so the problem must have fixed itself. Perhaps the host changed some configuration setting or there was some weird program behavior tied to the phase of the moon. In any case, hope it doesn't recur.

I guess that the hosting company got too many complains about problems with the new settings, so they took a look and fixed whatever they broke.
