3 language site -integration problem

Hello every body,

I have a 3 language site, english - romanian - hebrew
If with the romanian and the english everythink is ok, when I get to to hebrew the problmes begin

1.How I change the write direction from left-right to right-left ?
2.And secound problem that I have, in my administration page a have for each page 3 editors, one for each language, how may I set each one to use an other language?
