2 issues after upgrading to wp 3.3

After I upgraded to WP 3.3 and after I was not able to access my widgets page in one of my Genesis themes. I just got a blank page. I deactivated ckeditor and everything worked again. I am using Mozilla 8.0. I then got a call from a client who was using another theme and IE. When she got into a page to edit, she was not able to see any of the editing tool icons. I got into IE 9 on my computer and had the same issue. Also when I hovered over the tabs in the dachboard (posts, media, etc) none of the dropdowns dropped down. I deactivated ckeditor and again everything worked again. This didn't happen with Mozilla. Are these known issues? Are there any fixes?
