1. Throughout the website are images (obviously) and I database all the information and call it through FCKEditor for editing. FCKEditor is inside an admin panel on the site, and when it's calling images through it (that normally appear on the website) they come up as X's instead of images. Is there a way to fix this?
2. For some reason when editing the content throughout the site I try to upload images using FCKEditor and it doesn't let me upload them. Is there something I can do to fix this?
Thank you for all feedback and responses.

Re: 2 Questions (above images)
2) You need to enable your server connector, configure it and set the proper permissions in your server.
Re: 2 Questions (above images)
Now, I analyzed what you said and dug into the configuration file within the fck editor folder. The only file I found that was related to config was "fckconfig.js".
I analyzed this page for some time to try to track down the configuration option I could modify to fix that problem for me. I saw the following objectives as possibilities.
I was able to rule out a few of those, but in the end I am left wondering which one is going to control what I am looking for.
Basically the images for the site (from the root) are in.
/images/
Fck editor (from the root) is in
/admin/fckeditor/ and all the files using fck editor are under the admin folder. They have features in there meant to allow people to edit the content throughout the site (in the root folder). all teh content is databased, and then called back in the website.
Now, based on the above information can you offer me anymore feedback to allow me to finish this.
This is the information I compiled from the advice you offered previously, and thank you.

Re: 2 Questions (above images)
After looking at what you gave me and playing with that option in the config file, I got that first issue working.
Thank you.
Now I am going to move onto the final issue I was having.
"2. For some reason when editing the content throughout the site I try to upload images using FCKEditor and it doesn't let me upload them. Is there something I can do to fix this?"
was the question I had and the response was
"2) You need to enable your server connector, configure it and set the proper permissions in your server."
I played with this awhile but ran into some problems I can't seem to work through.
On the page
/fckeditor/editor/filemanager/browser/default/connector/php/config.php
There I went ahead adn changed the connector on to true. I also set the path as /images/ which the website path for the images needs to go basically into /images/ off the root path.
But I set that, and went into some test upload they mentioned which was located at.
/fckeditor/editor/filemanager/upload/test.html
I went in to test the upload and it didn't work. So I had to edit the php connector in that folder work and that finally worked. Now when I went back into where the editor was live on teh site, and try to upload an image it's trying to upload an asp page. I don't understand what's wrong with it and any advice is GREATLY appreciated.
Re: 2 Questions (above images)
and there are two folders (and two config.php) files for the connectors: one for the filebrowser, and the other for the quickupload.
