Upgraded from 4.0 to 4.2, missing codemirror icons, as shown below. I do have the following files in the plugins folder:
icons.png, 16,257 bytes, 8/28/2013 19:42:06
icons_hidpi.png, 51,532 bytes, 8/28/2013 19:42:06
Using kana color skin. Cleared cache, etc to no avail. I can click on the buttons even though there is no icon showing.
What else could be going wrong?
