andriod compability (for moible and Tablet)

Hi every one

I test my site in Tablet and Mobile phone and saw that in Tablet it show ckeditor but in Mobile it didn't show ckeditor....

why this happen both of them have andriod Os

what should I do that in Mobile like tablet it shows Ckeditor?
