Well, we simply do not have it since no one really needs it :) Most of our users simply either post their problems and solutions or help others out without saying much about themselves.
When I have registered in this forum, I was also searching for the place to introduce myself. But there is no seperate place for that other than the author bio in the profile page. You can directly post your prolems here, you will get solution from other community members and also you can be an active member of this forum by sharing your knowledge too.
Not every forum has a place to introduce themselves. We tried to make new members contribute more by imposing a 3-post minimum before starting threads but some members objected to that idea. They felt it was too hard to post something in the Show Off, FAQ and Before posting threads, or to simply help some members to get the post minimum. They just want to come here, use the community to solve a pressing issue and leave, not realizing that if everyone acts like that, nobody will get any assistance. The core dev team is too busy developing CKEditor and CKFinder to regularly answer questions, so community members have to help each other out.

You can give some information about yourself in your profile (no spamming, please), read the "Before posting" thread or show off your CKEditor setup.
