Re-sizing the table out of the editor in ck editor makes the editor scroll unresponsive

Hi,

I am using ck editor and facing the following difficulty.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Insert a table inside the Ckeditor text area. 2.Click on the corner of the table. 3.Resizable border of the table will appear. 4.Drag the border out of the editor.

Issue 1:The dotted resizable corners of the table can be accessed out from the CK editor.

Issue 2:Now when we try to use the scroll of editor, the editor becomes unresponsive.

This occurs only in IE8 and IE9 and not in Firefox. I have attached a document having the screenshots details to this,  for your reference.
