'y.lang.DateAmPm' is null or not an object

My English is not good:) I don't know where's the problem.I'm using .net 4.0 VS2010,I tried the latest version but it still doesn't work.I make a new aspx page and integrate it but it doesn't work too.who can help me,please~Thanks a lot.

Such error occurs if the language file for CKFinder is not available or is broken.
Is it posible you have accidentally remove the lang folder or forgot to copy it?

I redownload ckfinder and make sure the lang folder is ok,but it still can't work. IE6\IE7 can't load it and show me this error,but it work well in IE8 and Firefox.
