upload image faied,Help!

asp.net with ckeditor 3.6.6 + ckfinder 2.3.1,

when I upload image ,process was done, the image url was right, but preview was show the wrong image:

editor/ckeditor/skins/kama/images/noimage.png?t=B5GJ5GG

and, when I browser the server, there were many images showed  , but no file exists in the folder.

HELP, This is what happened only from yesterday.
