The requested resource type is not valid.

Is it possible that you have removed some resource types in the configuration file (e.g. in config.php)?
When integrating CKFinder with CKEditor according to the documentation, CKEditor will look for all three resource types: Flash, Images and Flash, depending on which dialog window is opened.
