remove basket doesn't woirk

I have tried your removePlugins solution to get rid of the basket. I put it in config.js, and even tried it in config.php, but no luck.

I can't figure out what I might be doing wrong. Can someone help me?

Actually, it just doesn't work in Google Chrome, which I was testing. Works in IE, Firefox, and Safari.

With that description it's surely a problem with the cache.
Close Chrome, and then clear its cache before launching again CKFinder.
