on or after load event.

I would like to be able to fire an event after CKFinder has loaded in a popup, and ONLY in a popup. Is there anything api wise that I can attach to to accomplish this? I looked at the "addPlugin" and all of them fire before the window is completely loaded. If so I'd love some help.
