lower filenames

Hi,

Is it possible that CKFinder automaticaly changes the filename into a lower filename? Like:
Picture.jpg -> picture.jpg?
Is it also possible that CKFinder removes all whitespaces? Like:
Picture 14.jpg -> picture_14.jpg
