images are fine, no files or flash folders

i'm banging my head trying to figure out why i can't see the files and flash folders like the demo. i can see the image folder and all of the images but that's it. if i try to upload anything i get an error. I've tried full and relative paths and nothing. any tips are greatly appreciated.

after reading more posts it seems you can only see /files/ and /flash/ if you browse the server under links...kinda odd but that's fine.

my last issue is that uploading any file within the image properties box gives an error saying "the directory can not be found". if i click browse server and view the folders and all images, then try to upload it works. how can that be? i would assume either both would work or both would fail. thanks!

after clearing my cache i'm no longer getting the error. now it's just sitting there trying to upload then the image properties box freezes. ugh

All your problems come from an invalid path in the configuration file. Either paste here the relevant files from your configuration file or send me a PM and I'll try to help you.
