Is the iPad support for CKFinder a work in progress?
I ask because I tried it out using the demo and while it mostly seems to work, when I select an image using the little down area it closes the CKFinder tab as well as the tab for the demo. I tested using the CKEditor demo on an iPad (3rd generation) using iOS 5.1.
Thanks,

Re: iPad Support
At present we are gathering errors that users have and try to fix them with every new release (if it is possible of course).
2. There are many mobile operating systems for which new versions are very different systems comparing to the old ones. This does not make support easy. Looking at current market shares and information we gathered:
- Starting from iOS5 we will try to fully support this system. Here the situation looks most stable.
- We still monitor Android as to many users use old versions of this system and each version is very different from other.
- We still monitor BlackBerry (Good market share but there are many unsupported features)
Re: iPad Support
Well, more exactly: Safari on iPad doesn't support the input file element. (not sure about other browsers on iPad but I wouldn't bet my money on them.) Apple in its infinite wisdom has decided that allowing that would be bad for its users.
You can test that it's possible to upload files if you use Android. It's just a matter of choosing an OS that doesn't treat its customers as pure money machines.
