how to replace left folder block?

HI,
I need other folder page showing at left,not need current folder page,like the following layout:
--------My images
--------All images
--------Categorys
---------------Icons
---------------Jpgs
---------------uncategory imags

I'm not sure if I understtod your question. If instead of Files, Images and Flash on ethe left side you'd like to see different names like "My images" or "All images", simply change the name of resource types in the configuration file.
