how to replace left folder block?

HI,
I need other folder page showing at left,not need current folder page,like the following layout:
--------My images
--------All images
--------Categorys
---------------Icons
---------------Jpgs
---------------uncategory imags

hi,my question is:I want custom the left types link,these types is not file catalog,mabey is a field of the images in database.
