how can I insert some text on an image and the text should have link then!

I have inserted an image in the editor. but I want to add text on the image. and my texts should be linked to somewhere. is it possible? If yes, then how?
There is no way to add text ON the image. There are ways to add watermarks, but not text on the image itself. Maybe you mean a caption under the image?
