help! strange problem

Hi all, I had CKfinder working a dream until a few weeks ago some spyware got on to my pc, stole my ftp passwords and proceeded to add spam/malware to most of my website pages including ckfinder!

Having now cleaned it all up and back to normal CKfinder no longer works, when opening a CKfinder all I get is "folders" I have no idea what is wrong as none of the configuration has changed.

I've even tried installing the latest version but no luck

Anyone have any ideas?
