ckfinder 1.4.3 work on firefox 3.6.3

if you upload a file,then name is "a.jpg" and then delete it .and then upload a file name also is "a.jpg" ,but you will see the first thumb picture,you shoud reload and then see then second picture

is this a bug? thanks
