Way to disable cookies?

Is there a way to disable cookies from being stored for CKFinder? Specifically, CKFinder_settings..since this retains the setting choice made by the user. We would like the settings to be read from the config file each time, instead of from the cookie.

I toyed around with the cookies and found that CKFinder needs the settings cookie to display the files depending on what the user has chosen. I was under the misconception that the settings cookie is only used to retain what the user has last chosen. I guess this would mean that disabling the settings cookie is not possible since without it CKFinder will not be able to read in the user's choice of settings.
