View limits to user

Hello,

When a user clicks on a folder I want to show him the upload limits for that folder (extensions and max file size) on top of files_view div.

Currently they have no clue what files and what size are the limits.

Could someone please show me some codes on how to add function to folder tree click and how to catch the dom files_view dom in order to insert before it?
