User based access to image library

I would like to be able to give each user access to their own server area for storing images (CKFinder) and configuration files (Editor). It looks like role based access is possible, but what about User-based access? We are using .Net. Thanks

You can find many other posts, but it's basically using the user session data to build the paths that you want to use.
For example:

baseUrl = session("userFolder")
