Uploading a file in IE causes display issues

Whenever we upload a file using IE, it causes the display of the page to be shift to the left so only about half of the page that should be show is. I have attached a screenshot to help better explain the issue. This issue only is happening in IE, Firefox and Chrome work fine. It seems to be linked to the overflow-x:hidden CSS. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If so, is there a work around for this?
