Unable to right click and view MS Office files

I can upload and download MS Office documents but if I try to right click it and click view I just get a browser window that pops up and goes away. I don't have any pop-up blockers and neither does the client that I am installing this for. Any Ideas??

Which browser are you using? Does your browser show any more information about this problem (is there any information available before the popup goes away)?

I have tried both IE and Firefox. I'm pretty sure it's a security setting in MS Office. The pop-up goes away so quick I can't see any info. If you want I can send you the link so you can see if you can see anything.
