Unable to open CKfinder.html due Permissions Problem in aspx

Hi i am Ckfinder with Ckeditor when i am clicking browse server button it is displaying

"It was not possible to complete the request due to file system permission restrictions"

I've provided all permissions read and write.

Here is my "config.ascx" code

BaseUrl = "/xyz/";

BaseDir = "C:/inetpub/wwwroot/project/xyz/";

is anything wrong if i want to use it in my site example http://www.xxxx.com how to define the path please help me
