Unable to find an image manipulation component

Good Morning,

We are using CKEditor and CKFinder - for some strange reason when we try and browser the server we get this message:

Unable to find an image manipulation component

I've tried changing the permissions as suggested previously and this doesn't seem to work, what is strange is sometimes the error doesn't occur.

Any advice on its resolution?

Run the script available in this post: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=13604
It will try to perform several checks one by one in order to diagnose what's wrong with your setup; sometimes it will provide a hint about what's the solution, but if it isn't clear enough post the result and I'll try to help. I don't know if you are being honest or you're just a spammer that sometime later will come back to edit the post or change the signature (and be banned).

The steps to use the script are explained in that post, and if you're a developer that works with asp you should know enough to understand that, it's not like someone that doesn't know what is a web server, so I would like to know what's the problem with that explanation.
