Troubles with UTF-8 filenames

Hello men!
I have upgraded my system from FCKEditor 2.6.1 + default Browser To FCKEditor 2.6.4 + CKFinder.
I have troubles with filenames.
My site in UTF-8.
When I upload something in russian for example "лалала.jpg", -> "Image file uploaded successfully", and it renames filename to "1.jpg".
But this is not all problems.
New CKFinder doesn't show thumbnails for old uploaded images, for example those "лалала.jpg". And If We "Select Image", The Url looks like "...%20%OD...jpg", not like "лалала.jpg" (correct).

The old default browser for Fckeditor did this fine.

What to do?
