I got the same problem. Browser is IE 7/8, version is 2.0.2 (without ever having installed a previous version before).

My Char-Number is different than that of my pre-poster.

Message: Object doesn't support this property or method

I have to add that I use it in Drupal as a module in WYSIWYG CKEditor.

The problem does not exist on your demo page.

Do you have any ideas?

I see that both of you encountered this problem when viewing the page via HTTPS.
I have tried using CKFinder on a SSL-protected page and it works for me.
Does the standalone sample of CKFinder works for you? Could you try it outside of Drupal?

IE 7/8 successfully sees the correct path but than bounces to the root of the site. CKFinder works across all other browsers except for IE 7/8 on my site. For now I have IE disabled for my users until the issue is resolved. My time is very limited at the moment...
Yes, your demos of CKFinder work without a glitch when using IE 7/8. Obviously there is a difference between your set-up and mine. The big mystery.... What causes IE to pause and abandon ship is a bigger mystery...

@Karin(2), @mediais - any chance to get a PM with a link to a site where CKFinder is installed to see this bug live?

1. Prepare a user login for you in the live site.
2. Test different scenarios (Drupal, w/o Drupal, with and w/o WYSIWYG module)

Please redownload CKFinder from the download page, replace the old installation (remember to backup your configuration file), clear browser's cache and the problem should be gone now.
If you are already using CKFinder 2.0.2, you may replace only one file from the updated package: ckfinder.js.

Please let me know if you encounter any problems after upgrading CKFinder.
