[Solved] CKFinder will only allow me to select an image once

I can select an image, and insert it into my preview window. But if I open CKFinder again to select a different image, it WILL NOT put it into the preview. It just throws the following JS error which means nothing to me:

This is the end of the line for me. I have had so many frustrations and implementation issues with CKEditor and CKFinder, it's honestly not worth the trouble. I simply want to insert images into CKEditor areas. This should not be that difficult, and I should not have to refresh the browser everytime I want to do it.

Just when I thought all hope was lost... we are back up and runnin! I reloaded the new CKFinder directory, and then loaded old "working" configs, but then I swapped them back to the new configs.... Apparently some files were missing from my first upgrade? IDK but I am fine with it now.... the house of cards is BACK UP!!!
