Select option not showing

I'm using ckEditor and ckFinder together (the php versions). I have everything working correctly except that the Select and Select Thumbnail options aren't showing up in ckFinder to insert an image into the editor. Double clicking on the image doesn't work either.

Can anyone help me? Do I need to put a special code into one of the ckEditor files for this to work?
