Right Click Edit with CKEditor

I would like to change the right-click behavior in CKFinder of html, htm, or other specified file extensions to open a CKEditor popout.

I would also like to create a toolbar button for creating a new webpage that also opens a CKEditor popout that asks what filename to save the new webpage.

I think I can make this happen, but any suggestions where to start digging would be great.
