Redirect when File Browsing not allowed

Hi

I would like to know if there's a way to redirect a user if they aren't allowed on the file browser page, rather than just popping up the message -
"The file browser is disabled for security reasons. Please contact your system administrator and check the CKFinder configuration file."
This would be for people trying to directly access the /js/ckfinder/ckfinder.html .
