Problems in remote client

First of all Thank you for this aplication, it helps me so much. (ASP)

I have a problem, if i use it in web server It works perfectly, but if i use it out of webserver i only see the grey background, you can see it here:

with no errors...

I repit, inside webserver (Windows Server 2008) it works very good.
