Hi, I'm using CK Editor 4.2.1, upgrading isn't easy, so it's not exactly a solution for us.

In Firefox ONLY, when you go to the button to insert an image, the first thing that shows up is the upload section, but in firefox, the 'browse' button is missing, you actually have to close out the diaglog and reopen it to get the button to show back up. I'm not seeing this as an issue in any other browser.
Some help with this issue would be greatly appriciated.

What does that mean? Does that mean you ran into this issue in Chrome too? Have you updated your Chrome? I'm using the latest version of chrome and this doesn't happen. At least not in this particular version of the CKEditor/CKFinder, (4.2.1). Is your CK the same version as mine?

first of all, the totally irrelevant post about Chrome was from a spammer who just added a random post in order to publish links to his website. This is now removed, sorry for the confusion.
Secondly, as for judging the enterprise solution based on the community forum -- this is not how it works. This is not a company forum nor a support channel.
CKEditor is available as an Open Source solution that comes for free, even for commercial projects, but no support is offered with it. If you find a bug, you're most welcome to report it on the tracker and our QA will always investigate it. You can also fork our code at GitHub, provide pull requests and patches. But please remember this is a huge and complex project (that's why you downloaded it in the first place instead of writing your own solution, right?), with almost 10 million downloads, and we are unable to help all our users and solve their problems personally, otherwise we would need to devote all our forces to individual support instead of development which benefits everyone. That's why this is a community forum - developers help fellow developers, and while we do occassionally answer some posts here, we are unable to help everyone and it is stated clearly everywhere.
If you need support, there is a commercial offer with a dedicated support channel readily available. You can even hire a CKEditor core team developer to solve your issue for you. However, you cannot expect that you can get the same thing that others who pay to support the project get, because as much as we would want to provide it, we are simply unable to. I'm really sorry if it was somehow unclear to you.
