Problem with fckeditor.js

I'm trying to edit the buttons available on my toolbar by editing the code in fckeditor.js. However, the changes I am making aren't being reflected in my site. Any suggestions? I'm coding with PHP

Tried emptying your browser cache / temp internet files?
