after lot tests and looking the scripts in the different browsers i found that it was a cross domain problem. I have the CKFinder in a diferent project.
So the solution wwas put both (ckeditor and ckfinder) in the same domain
Thanks Daniel for letting us know what was the problem. That's true, CKEditor and CKFinder cannot work together in a cross domain environment due to browser's security restrictions.
