Problem with CKEditor3.5.3 and CKFinder2.0.2.1 integration

Hi,

Im using CKEditor3.5.3 and CKFinder 2.0.2.1 (asp.net) and have a problem similar to the one that was posted here: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=22233 (no successful response).

Actually it has a diferent behaviour depends on the browser

Ie 9: It works pefectly. After i select the 'view server' button it opens the popup with the files and after i select the one i need the 'image property' window shows the image i have selected.

ff 4: After i select the 'view server' button It opens a blank popup (no folders menu and no files list), so i can not select any file

Chrome: After i select the 'view server' button it opens the popup with the files and folders, but i cant select any file. With right click the select option doesnt display and with doble click it does not select any file and return to the rpeviews window (Images Properties).

Please can anyone help me with this???

Hi all,

after lot tests and looking the scripts in the different browsers i found that it was a cross domain problem. I have the CKFinder in a diferent project.

So the solution wwas put both (ckeditor and ckfinder) in the same domain

Thanks Daniel for letting us know what was the problem. That's true, CKEditor and CKFinder cannot work together in a cross domain environment due to browser's security restrictions.
