Pictures Upload - Remove Rename Alert

Hello,

I have few question about pictures upload.

First, I would like to know if it's possible to remove the Alert message when someone upload a picture on the server and telling "this pictures has been renamed" and adding (n) where n is a number.

I hope it is clear.
