Payment made but still no email from CKSource?

Hi,

I made the purchase for CKFinder on Friday. I still have not received any email or response from CKSource. The money has already been deducted from my paypal account. I sent an email to CKSource on monday and still have not received a response. There is no phone number on the website.

I do not know what kind of a business you run, however i do expect a reply soon. If not i will have to ask for a full refund and file a claim of non-receipt of any product with paypal. If you do value your reputation please within 24 hours.

Hi NotHappy,

we are sorry about the situation. The problem was caused by the fact that the e-mail address that you specified in the order was incorrect -- the CKFinder key was sent to this address already on Friday and was apparently rejected by your server with a "Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table" error message.

In any case, you will be contacted by PM in a few minutes in order to confirm the order and give us a proper e-mail address that the key should be sent to.
