Path (?) problem with configuration

My paths are set as follows:
$baseUrl = 'http://www.aauwpoughkeepsie.org/test/uploads/';
$baseDir = '/home/brant5/public_html/aauwpoughkeepsie/test/uploads/'

I'm positive that the paths are correct. When I click the Browse Server button I see 4 (empty) folders in CKFinder: Files, Images, Flash, & Basket

I have no idea where those directories are located, and they are not the directories in my uploads directory.
I get the same results using:

$baseUrl = '/userfiles/';
$baseDir = resolveUrl($baseUrl);

What am I missing? (I'm using the latest release.) Thanks - Dave
