Page Cannot Be Displayed

I've installed the new versions of FCKEditor and CKFinder in Drupal, and everything works fine in Firefox. But when I'm using Internet Explorer 6, every time I hit the "Browse Server" button, I get a page that says "The page cannot be displayed". It seems to work fine in IE7 though. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on here?

Same problem here using symfony framework. I can't figure out where does this annoying problem come from.
