PHP iframe injection problem

I'm calling $finder->Create(); after other HTML has been called but the finder class creates the iframe right after the body tag rather than after the previously called HTML.

function mediaRepo()
{
$finder = new CKFinder() ;
$finder->BasePath = '/ckfinder/';

$html .= '<media>';
$html .= $finder->Create();
$html .= '</media>';

return $html;
}

e.g. what should happen:

<body>
<wrapper>
<media>
<iframe></iframe>
</media>
</wrapper>
</body>

instead this happens:

<body>
<iframe></iframe>
<wrapper>
<media></media>
</wrapper>
</body>
