Numbered list and bullet list fonts

I am trying to change the font of the bulleted / numbered list. Is there a way achieve this in CkEditor? As of now the editor allows me to increase the font-size of the text but the bullet / number itself doesn't increase in size. Attached is the screenshot.

cke_toolgroup height differs for each group

I have recently upgraded from CkEditor 3.6.2 to 4.2. During the transition I noticed the toolbar groups vary in heights. This was not the case in 3.6.2. Attached is the screenshot of the toolbar group. The icons are overflowing and the text is very small. If I give a fixed height to cke_toolgroup (in editor.css) then the toolbar looks good, but that might not be the ideal solution. I am looking for some better solution without altering the editor.css.

Figured it out. The other CSS
