I have included CKFinder in CKEditor, and the image uploads work wonderfully (with exception to the current bug when selecting a thumbnail). My problem is that I don't see an icon to upload a file to the server. The only icons I see for uploading are the image icon, and the flash icon.
Does anyone else have this problem?

What are you planning to do? -> upload a document and link it,
so you should use the link icon.
Or how do you expect to link it after you have uploaded it?
