Need License Info

We are in process of buying license for CKFinder. Our site has 2 parts on runs on ASP .NET 1.1 and other on 2.0
Do I need to buy separate licenses for CKFinder or one corporate license will allow me to use CKFinder for both ASP and ASP .net?
