I have sent FOUR messages to info@cksource.com now, asking for help with a licensing issue after i bought the product - but have had no response at all. Not even "no we wont help you". Nothing.
Are they not answering emails any more?
Is my money lost? Should I make a complaint to VISA and get a chargeback?
Or am i being unreasonable to expect a licensing issue to be resolved inside 4 days?

Just in case Fred or anyone in the CKEditor or CKFinder team want to get in contact with me, my order id was:
Merchant Order ID : 5508
(If I have to make a phone call to resolve this, I'll either make it in my business hours, and wake you up in the middle of the night, or expect a refund for the amount of the international rate phone call and my time for having to be up myself in the middle of the night.)
Or else a chargeback is the only other way to resolve it. I honestly think FOUR emails from me ought to be enough to at least get a response of some kind.
