Make ckfinder work? I got only a big gray empty window.

I cannot make this ckfinder work.

Right now, I'm playing with the "CKFinder - Sample - Standalone" thing, but I can only got a big empty gray window, left column says ckfinder, right column is empty, no buttons, no anything.

I set the userfiles directory to 777 and even created subfolders like files, images, flash. Still nothing. I've tried to play with the baseurl, basedir parameters, but cannot get anything. Can that be the problem at all? Any idea? Thanks.
