JavaScript help

Is there a JavaScript API? I'm looking to put the CKFinder on a page and when the user selects a file, a button outside CKFinder will become enabled to let the user 'Choose' that file to be used somewhere else on the web site.

Any suggestions? Thanks

I see that SelectFunction will give you a callback when a user double clicks a file. This was in the ../_sampels/js directory. Is this the only option? Thanks

It is the only easy option at this moment to do this.
