I keep getting this error : "It was not possible to complete the request due to file system permission restrictions." i have made the userfiles folder 777. my current config file is pasted below. any help will be appreciated

i uploaded the images using ftp and i can not view the images.

Instead of relying on resolveUrl($baseUrl), set $baseDir to a valid path (full server path, read comments in configuration file) and it should help.
