Issues integrating CKFinder and fckEditor (PHP)

Hi I am having issues installing CKFinder. I am just working on my local windows file system for now.

I can install CK Finder and it works without issues. I edited fckconfig.js as per the install instructions here:

When I try to integrate to run the sample, I see the following:

For /_samples/php/fckeditor.php
I get a blank page under
"CKFinder can be easily integrated with FCKeditor. Try it now, by clicking the "Image" or "Link" icons and then the "Browse Server" button."

I've used fully qualified paths in fckconfig.js, which is listed below. Hope someone can help!
